Impact moves through interconnected systems—capital, institutions, technology, and communities. As technological transformation reshapes economies, the real question is how it expands opportunity, strengthens resilience, and helps people thrive.
Organizations at the center of this change often invest heavily in programs, research, and solutions, but lack the connective infrastructure that helps ideas spread, gain traction, and influence action.
A big part of my work is building and operationalizing engagement systems that move organizations from siloed communications to more connected, relationship-driven ways of working — creating stronger alignment across teams and stakeholders and helping good ideas travel farther.

The strongest platforms don't just communicate a strategy—they create a shared vision that gives diverse stakeholders a reason to participate. For Mastercard Strive, that meant connecting local innovation with a global ambition to help small businesses thrive in an increasingly digital economy.
I led the development of Mastercard Strive's launch narrative, bringing together institutional learning from more than 30 markets through a collaborative process with Mastercard leaders, implementing partners, and regional teams. The resulting narrative became a unified platform for thought leadership, executive engagement, strategic communications, and partner storytelling, which I then worked with partners and regional leaders to adapt and activate in local markets.
The work provided a strong foundation for mobilizing financial institutions, technology companies, policymakers, NGOs, and entrepreneurial support organizations around a shared vision, ultimately leading to new connections and partnerships that helped the initiative scale well beyond its original goals.
Economic transformation is ultimately about people. My background in investigative journalism taught me to approach complex issues with curiosity, analytical rigor, and a deep respect for lived experience. Throughout my career, I've partnered with leaders, researchers, and practitioners to uncover the stories and insights that help organizations understand how change is experienced—and the ways diverse stakeholders can help people and communities navigate it.
Signature events aren’t one-time activations—they’re platforms for sustained thought leadership. When intentionally designed, they become engines of ongoing influence, learning, and engagement by surfacing key insights and convening meaningful conversations that extend well beyond the moment.
Over four years, I applied this approach to the Global Inclusive Growth Summit and the Impact Data Summit—designing narrative arcs and engagement strategies that extended conversations beyond the event, cultivated influential voices, and reached new audiences. The result was global engagement across 175 countries, 1.5 million views, and sustained engagement with senior leaders in financial services, technology, global development, philanthropy, and policy.
